This tape was recorded in September of 2004, sometime right after Penis Syringe formed, all songs were recorded live using a 4 track recorder wrong, only using the 1st track and playing them only once. No double takes no practicing the songs first. The cover is basically some trash I found of a warning label for a hair dryer I just slapped on a drawing of a syringe and covered whatever the hell it said with liquid paper and wrote Penis Syringe over it. The EP got it's name from the warning label, it doesn't really mean anything. The lyrics don't have deep meanings either, just confused teenagers trying to be weird. We made songs about movies, aliens, death, abuse, corruption, food, anti-religion, anti-racism, anti-homophobia in satirical songs (Now that I think about it, it was also about sexism and transphobia, we were quoting shit bigots say in a mocking way. We were learning about satire in high school around that time.) trying to be offensive to shock people into thinking.
This cassette tape was hand-numbered and limited to only 50 copies, dubbed into regular 90 minute tapes with the songs repeating over and over again until both sides ended. Some tapes came with extra crap in them like random movie clips and other practice sessions recorded after the EP songs, #25 was hand drawn and colored with a crayon but with even more bonus shit in it. Some j-cards had dumb jokes written in them. Only two songs have bass in them courtesy of Henry Bonemeal and they are pretty much the same song with different titles except one David is singing in it while drumming.
